• Realm is a secure online tool for members and constituents of Saint Mark’s Church. It’s similar to Facebook but only for our church community. Realm has many features that will include:

  • Online church directory of members

  • Your secure giving history and pledge information that only you can view

  • Connecting and communicating with your groups

If you have not received an email from the time registering, email Ginny Hines and request an invitation. You will then receive an email invitation (Check your Spam/Junk folder just in case!)

Realm uses bank-level encryption. Realm is part of ACS Technologies, the largest provider of church database software, serving over 40,000 clients.

Only church members who have been invited may log in. Once you log in, you choose your privacy settings for your contact information. Your giving information is only visible to you and authorized church staff members. You may check your giving statement by clicking “Giving” on the left-hand side, and then click the blue box on the right-hand side that says “Contribution Statement.”

Please keep your contact information up to date. You may change your information and privacy settings in Realm with these steps: 1) click your name at the top right-hand corner; 2) select “My Profile”; 3) click “Edit Profile.” You may edit your privacy settings by clicking “Manage Privacy.”

Realm is now our directory. The directory only works if everyone logs on, updates their contact information, and opts-in to the directory by unlocking their privacy settings.

If you do not opt-in, your information will not be visible to other church members. Once you log into Realm, click “Directory” on the left-hand option menu. There you will find the contact information of all those who have logged in and opted-in by updating their privacy settings. Don't see a friend? Go help them log in!

You are in control of your privacy settings. You can choose what information to share. You can decide who sees your information. You do not have to share your information. Please note that church staff will see your contact information. We are suggesting that you “unlock” and share your contact information as you would in a printed directory.

Realm replaces printed versions of the directory. Realm is now THE place to find contact information for other Saint Mark’s members. Printed directories pose a security risk for personal information and are also out of date the moment they are printed. The Realm online directory allows us to keep everyone's information secure and up to date.
